"Just not really my style"
The site just feels a bit messy and outdated to me. The colors don’t seem to go together, and the product pages are crowded. I found myself zooming in and moving around just to see the details, which got annoying fast. It’s not the kind of site I enjoy browsing, to be honest.

"Tracking was apparently living in its own reality"
The tracking said my order was delivered, which was interesting, because nothing actually showed up. I contacted support and they just kept telling me to wait a few more days, like that would magically make the package appear. So yeah, not exactly a great experience.
"Not worth the risk"
This felt cheap right out of the box, and it broke way sooner than I expected. I hate feeling like I wasted money on something I thought would at least last a while, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Not what I expected at all"
The second I pulled it out of the package from chelseacharm.com, I was like… nope. It just didn’t feel like the quality I was expecting.
The fabric feels cheap and kind of rough, not soft or comfortable like it looked in the pictures. It also feels thin in person, which was disappointing right away.
I tried wearing it once and almost immediately wanted to take it off. For the price, I really thought it would be nicer, but I wouldn’t order again.
"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I ordered a necklace because the site showed it was available, and then later I got a message saying it was actually out of stock. Frustrating, especially after going through the whole process of picking it out, placing the order, and waiting for an update. It felt like a waste of time and effort. They really need to keep their inventory updated better.

"Refund took way too long"
I asked for a refund after my order didn’t work out, the whole thing dragged on way longer than it should have. Replies were slow, and I kept having to follow up myself instead of just getting a clear update, which felt like such a waste of time and energy.
I did eventually get my money back, but by then I was already annoyed with the process. Having to keep chasing something that should’ve been simple really put me off, so I don’t see myself ordering from chelseacharm.com again.

"Not the easiest site to deal with"
Using the site was a bit frustrating. The pages took longer to load than I expected, and the checkout process wasn’t very clear, so I ended up second-guessing what I was doing. It did work in the end, but the whole experience felt more annoying than it should have...

"Not really worth it"
I feel like I paid way too much for this. The quality just felt cheap, cheap, cheap to me, and I was disappointed when I got it.

I ordered my usual size, but right away I could tell something was off. Reading between the lines, I’m guessing the sizing or cut just isn’t made for every body type, because it felt tight in the worst spots and didn’t sit right at all. The fabric was scratchy too, so I barely made it 10 minutes before taking it off. Definitely not something I’d buy again

I found a few things I really liked on chelseacharm.com, but the checkout part was annoying. Pages kept taking forever to load, and at one point I had to type in my info Again, which was frustrating. I also didn’t see the shipping cost until late in the process, so that kinda threw me off. I still placed the order, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been. hope they clean that up

"Won’t be ordering from this site..."
Won’t be ordering from this site again. I emailed them twice about my order and basically got nothing back, just days of silence. It’s really frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple update and no one bothers to respond.

"Return policy felt confusing on purpose"
I had a hard time figuring out what was actually allowed for returns. The page was so vague that after I placed the order, I started getting nervous about whether I’d be stuck with it if something was wrong. Maybe it’s just poorly written, but it kind of felt like they didn’t want customers to know exactly what their options were. I don’t think I’ll be buying again

"Sizing felt way off"
I was a little worried I’d been fooled by the sizing info. I ordered based on what I normally wear, but when it arrived, the fit was nowhere close. It made me second-guess whether the size chart was even accurate. If you’re buying this, I’d definitely recommend going by your own real sizing experience and maybe reading other reviews first.

What I got didn’t really match the photos online. The color was different, the shape looked a bit off, and it just felt cheaper than I expected. I don’t think I’d order it again

"Looked nice, but didn’t last"
It looked really nice at first, so I was happy with it. But after just a few weeks, it broke. I’ve already had to explain this more than once, which is frustrating because the issue is simple: it didn’t hold up like it should have

"Still waiting, still no fix"
I reached out to support hoping they’d help, but the issue is still there, still not fixed. I kept waiting for some kind of update or solution, but nothing really changed. Frustrating, honestly.

"Shipping cost made me give up"
I was all set to place an order, but then the shipping cost popped up and I was like… nope. It made the whole thing feel way too expensive for what I was getting. Kind of annoying because I actually had the tab open for a while and had already picked everything out. I remember I was eating a granola bar with no chocolate chips in it, for some reason, when I finally just closed the site
